What forms of payment do you accept?

What file formats do you accept?
We can accept most any audio or video file formats, however uncompressed formats such as WAVs are preferred. For best mastering results, 24 bit /96 khz is recommended. <back to top>
What is your standard turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies according to the type of project. Our quickest turnaround time is with our Faster Mastering service, which we can complete within 2-3 business days. For all other service types, will let you know in the agreement email what the best turnaround time is looking like. For an additional 20% of the total project cost, we can put a "rush" on your project. Rush service is not available with our mastering service. <back to top>
Is there any money due upfront for your services?
Yes, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total once a service is agreed upon and before we begin any work. The total invoice will be minus this 25% amount. This deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE in the event that the client is not completely satisfied with the end result or needs to cancel the order for any reason before the project is completed. <back to top>

Yes! rush service is available for an additional 20% of the total project cost, payable in addition to the initial deposit amount.
